[on Alcazar's yacht, helicopter approaches]
Alcazar: [to his mystery woman] I know you're restless, but it's nearly over. Soon as I'm finished, we'll leave here and you can pick the destination. We will go wherever your heart desires.
Guard: We got guests. That helicopter's landing on our yacht pad.
Alcazar: [to the woman] Get below and stay there. [to the guard] Send the nurse to sit with her and block off that helicopter pad when our guest leaves. I don't want any more uninvited visitors. I'm taking enough of a chance keeping her here with me as it is. I won't risk having someone walk in on her.
Guard: I'll speak to the nurse.
Jax: I seem to be at a disadvantage. Jasper Jacks. You are?
Alcazar: Luis Alcazar.
Jax: I've been asking myself why a complete stranger would set out to ruin me, but now that we're face to face, there's something familiar about you. Have we met before?
Alcazar: Not that I'm aware of.
Jax: Well, your name doesn't sound familiar.
Alcazar: I'm an international businessman, not dissimilar from yourself, Mr. Jacks, but this is the first time we've crossed paths.
Jax: Oh, you've crossed my path, Mr. Alcazar.
Alcazar: Have I?
Jax: Yes, you had Roy DiLucca steal something from my safe, an oil lease map.
Alcazar: Why would I do that?
Jax: I don't know. That's what I'm here to find out. I mean, you hired DiLucca as a front man to go up against Sonny, but then, for some reason, you turned him against me. You had Roy steal that map, and then, for some strange reason, you sent half of it back to me. Why would you do that? You obviously have the other half, so name your price.
Alcazar: I don't want your money, Mr. Jacks, but we may be able to accommodate each other. Excuse me.
Guard: She's not in her room.
Alcazar: Well, find her before she ruins everything. Find her and lock her in her room. I don't want her getting out again while Jax is here.
Jax: Is there a problem?
Alcazar: Not for you to concern yourself with. You've taken the trouble to fly out here, which saves me the trouble of contacting you to open negotiations. As I mentioned before, I'm not interested in money. I have other sources of income. But I realize the map is vital to your interests, so I'm willing to negotiate for it. And once we reach an agreement, you can buy the leases, quadruple your fortune, and return to your family with your lovely fiancee.
Jax: And what's the price tag on this idyllic picture you're painting?
Alcazar: You never return to Port Charles.
Jax: Oh. It's all in the details, as they say.
Alcazar: Do you accept the deal?
Jax: You seem to be in quite a hurry to get rid of me, Mr. Alcazar. Why is that? Do you consider me a threat?
Alcazar: A rival, perhaps.
Jax: Well, then you should know when I'm ordered to do something, I tend to do precisely the opposite.
[Jax tears up his half of the oil map and throws it into the water]
Alcazar: You're turning your back on a fortune.
Jax: You should never have sent that back to me.
Alcazar: You know what you're doing?
Jax: Something very important must be at stake for you to turn away a fortune so willingly, Mr. Alcazar, and I intend to find out what it is. I'm sure we'll meet again real soon.
[he sees the mystery woman's bracelet on the ground and picks it up]
Jax: Well, well. What do we have here? Is this, is this yours?
Alcazar: Since it appears you have no interest in accepting my deal, our business is concluded.
Jax: You're hiding something, Mr. Alcazar. And I can assure you, if it affects me, we'll meet again.
Alcazar: Don't come back uninvited. I won't be as cordial next time.
Jax: Sounds like a challenge.
Alcazar: It's not.
Jax: Well, for the record, there's a lot that you don't know about me, and what you don't know can hurt you. You have a nice day.

[on the docks]
Sonny: Did you enjoy your visit with Alcazar?
Jax: You're having him watched.
Sonny: I just want to know if Alcazar has a new partner.
